Janelle Shanks is a replacement bad girl on Season 11 and original on Baddies ATL. She is originated from Houston, Texas. Her bad girl nickname is "The Weave-ologist".
On Season 11: Miami, She initially would feud with Tiana and Shanae after not sharing her juice. Meanwhile she would feud with Gigi after standing on her VIP, that leads on her fighting Jaz and Teresa. Laterly she would form a friendship with Andrea, before get sent home after fighting Tiana and Jaz again, however she would continue fighting them at the reunion.
While on Baddies ATL, she would come in later than the rest of the cast due to a snowstorm, and form a friendship with fellow cast member Seven. Janelle also during the season briefly feud with Sidney Starr.

- Janelle was actually told by the producers that she needed to leave the house before she returned home during Jaz and Tiana's final prank. Janelle decided to have a final talk with Andrea to see if she'd really stick up for her, and decided she wanted to go out with a bang, thus her fight with Tiana and Jaz.
- Janelle and Rocky were involved in some twitter beef in late 2014, after unrelated comments bashing Sarah and her former friendship with the latter.
- Janelle appeared as a cast member on season 2 Ex on the Beach with Angela from Season 15. She was removed from the show in episode 9 after a physical altercation with Angela.
